Notice Regarding Pending Re-Zoning Request

The City of Senatobia hereby provides formal notice regarding the pending re-zoning request submitted for the following parcel numbers: 153 08 0000100, 152 08 0000501, 153 09 0000200, 153 08 0000501, and 152 09 0000300. The request seeks to re-zone the identified properties from currently zoned M-1 (Light Industry) to M-2 (Heavy Industry).

Following a review of the submitted materials, the city has determined that this re-zoning request will not be considered at the December 15th Planning Commission Meeting. This decision is based on the submission of an incomplete application packet, which does not meet the requirements necessary for placement on the agenda.

The request may be scheduled for consideration at a future Planning Commission meeting once a fully completed application packet has been submitted to and accepted by the City’s Building and Planning Office.
