Senatobia Citywide Streetlight Audit

Senatobia, MS — The City of Senatobia will initiate a citywide streetlight audit on Monday, February, 14th in preparation for a systemwide conversion to new energy-efficient LED streetlights. LED streetlights will reduce energy and maintenance costs while providing better lighting for the community.

“We are excited for the opportunity to audit the efficiency of our street lighting. We look forward to finding ways to improve the lighting at a more economic cost.”

Evari GIS Consulting will be recording field data of every streetlight in the city working Monday through Friday between February 14th through March 11th between the hours of 7a.m. and 5 p.m. Evari’s auditors will be wearing safety vests during field data collection and their vehicles will be clearly marked. As with all utility workers in Senatobia, drivers are advised to please maintain a safe distance from pedestrians and parked vehicles while driving.
